Questions

Do you work with junior producers?

Yes. We review each operator you bill. Provida's core business is working with junior Canadian producers, so we understand how they pay and why tickets get held up.

What do you need with each invoice?

The signed field tickets and the operator's PO or AFE reference, where there is one. It is the same paperwork you already send to get paid.

Is this a loan?

It is invoice funding. We advance cash against invoices you have already issued to business customers. There is no fixed repayment schedule. Each advance is settled when your customer pays the invoice.

Will my customers know?

Yes. Your invoices tell your customers to pay a Provida account. It is a standard arrangement in your industry and we handle it professionally.

What does it cost?

A flat funding fee of 2.5% of the invoice amount for each 30 days the invoice is outstanding. There is no long-term contract.

Who qualifies?

Canadian registered businesses outside Quebec, operating for at least 12 months, invoicing other businesses, with CRA remittances up to date.
