This policy covers information you submit through funding.providafc.com. Provida Financial Corporation ("Provida", "we") is based in Calgary, Alberta.

What we collect

When you register interest, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, province, and the answers you give about your business. We also record the web address and campaign information that brought you to the page, your browser type, and the time you submitted.

How we use it

• To contact you about your request and assess whether our funding programs fit your business.
• To measure which advertising and pages bring the most useful enquiries.
• To send you updates about our funding programs, only if you ticked the box asking for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your information.

Advertising and analytics

This site uses the Meta pixel to measure the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may receive information such as the pages you visit and whether you submitted the form. You can control ad tracking in your Meta account settings and your browser.

Where your information is stored and processed

Information you submit is stored in a database hosted in Canada. Our website and email are run by service providers that may process your information in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under the laws of that country. We require our service providers to protect it and to use it only to provide their services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, by emailing privacy@providafc.com.
