Questions

Can I use this to cover weekly payroll?

Yes. That is what most staffing agencies use it for. You invoice your client, we advance against that invoice, and you run payroll on schedule instead of waiting for the client to pay.

Why do you ask about CRA remittances?

Unpaid source deductions can rank ahead of any lender. Being current is one of the things we confirm before setting up a facility, so it helps to know early.

Is this a loan?

It is invoice funding. We advance cash against invoices you have already issued to business customers. There is no fixed repayment schedule. Each advance is settled when your customer pays the invoice.

Will my customers know?

Yes. Your invoices tell your customers to pay a Provida account. It is a standard arrangement in your industry and we handle it professionally.

What does it cost?

A flat funding fee of 2.5% of the invoice amount for each 30 days the invoice is outstanding. There is no long-term contract.

Who qualifies?

Canadian registered businesses outside Quebec, operating for at least 12 months, invoicing other businesses, with CRA remittances up to date.
